Al Muhsi

Literally translated as the counter but means the One who counts every creature, every act, every speck of dust in his kingdom and of whom nothing escapes his knowledge

Mindful that Allah accounts for every deed.
اس دھیان میں کہ اللہ ہر عمل کا حساب رکھتا ہے

Grounded in: "To Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them" (Qur'an 7:180). This is a meaning-based note, not a prescribed formula.
